About Me


My name is Vassil Kateliev and I'm a graphic designer based in Varna, Bulgaria. I started as web/multimedia designer, but rapidly turned my career towards print design, a field that I work in for 10 years. My works are mainly focused upon typography, identity, brochure and catalogue design. Since recently I shifted my interest towards type design, especially Cyrillic typography and revival of lost and forgotten Bulgarian typefaces. Nowadays I run small typographic studio called Karandash.
